Buster takes a moment to look around the new stone circle

With the ground frozen after cold overnight temperatures it was decided that we could return to Rickerby Park in Carlisle and not get too muddy. This was good news as we were keen to investigate the new stone circle.

Dalston bridge reopens after pier work

Closed in October 2010 the ‘White Bridge’ in Dalston, near Carlisle, has reopened following work to restore the damaged central pier.
