Chilli and lime sausages? I seem to learn of a new sausage every day. It sounds different, but I’ll bet it is good! Dalston sounds like a really neat place, I’d love to visit someday.

Hi again,
I wish my Mum would take me to Talkin agai so’s we could meet up! She says she’s too busy painting at the moment but I’ll keep pestering-she always gets there in the end.

My garndma Delma saved some of the sea trout skin that Uncle Frank caught. I’ve been enjoying it with my usual kibble. What’re your favourite treats?

hello Debbie, The whole of the area is full of places to go walking. Please take a look around our site for some ideas.
If you want to go that little bit further the fells and mountains are fantastic places for a walk.
Please take care and think of cattle and sheep – Your dog may need to be on a lead at times.
Please let us know how you get on.. so we can let others know.
Enjoy your holls. What are the names of your dogs… so we can say hello if we meet?

Enjoyed this blog entry.
Gilsland is in the Carlisle City Council area – it makes Carlisle a bigger city than the city of London (the famous square mile).
Gilsland is only 17 (not 30 miles) from Carlisle.

Buster – thanks for the note re distance – now that would be a long walk for a Roman soldier into the city. We have tweaked to include Km and miles.
